P&G bought HDS Cosmetics Lab Inc (maker of skin care products)
Proctor and Gamble Co. bought HDS Cosmetics Lab Inc. (skin care cosmetics). The Cincinnati-based consumer products company (Proctor and Gamble Co.) bought HDS skin care Cosmetics from North Castle Partners, based in Greenwich, Conn.
Transaction amount is partially secret. HDS cosmetics include anti-aging, acne, hyper-pigmentation and sun protection skin care products which are available in selected spas and several departmental stores.
Proctor & Gamble administrators say the getting hold of is part of its business plan. They are focusing on skin care as a major development sort. P&G has developed several brand include Pantene, Olay and Cover Girl!!!
