Here are a few easy tips from Clare O’Connor, the sun care technological expert at Boots
1. Apply sun cream in the room before you go out from the room into the sunlight and also apply once again when you reach your destination.

3. Boots’ five-star rating system point out how much protection you are receiving from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. They infiltrate deep into the skin and are conscientious for dark spots, wrinkling and ageing. Clare said: “Everything is five-star in Boots’ Soltan range, but we recommend three stars and above.”
4. Some people who are having darker skin will never select a high factor.
Clare said: “There are people who will always choose low SPFs and want a quick tan, so if we stopped stocking SPF4 or SPF8, these people would not use anything.”
5. If you feel sick, nauseous or dizzy after being in the sun, you could have heatstroke. It can be cause by severe sunburn. Take ample of liquid and recline down in a cool, dark room.
