2. Always use sunscreen and protect yourself from the light and wear optical for protection of you eye. Sunlight is very useful for us but suns rays are harmful in between ten to two hours in this time protect you from the sunlight.

3. Dust and dirt takes place on your face in the whole day working wash your face two times in a single day or as many time you got the time. It washes the dust and dirt of your skin and your skin becomes softer and beautiful. Take good products which are good for you.

5. Cares every part of your body don’t ignore any part of the body like heels, collar and neck they want moisture. Use suitable creams for these areas and protect your feet from sun light.
