Diaper rash in babies
My first memorable encounter with diaper rash was when my one year old nephew came to stay in my home along with his father, while his mother was under an operating table. I had a hard job searching all pharmaceuticals and asking all moms in my office for advice.
From my experience I have learnt that as soon as you notice a diaper rash on your little ones buttocks, act right away or the situation would get too critical. Change her diapers frequently and give her a little wash around her bottom and wipe it dry.
For the first few days apply Calendula and Chamomile creams and when the infection subsides, apply baby powder every time you change the diaper.
Again, its very essential to keep baby diaper free as much as you can manage, at least for a few hours everyday. It is important to choose a good massage oil for the li’l pie, the lighter the better.
