Our skin is very sensitive for sun rays. Sun rays are not always harmful for us; they produce vitamin D in our body. Here are some tips when you go for outdoor work, these can help to you by sun exposure.
* Use sunscreen lotions of 15 SPF factor. If you want to spend 8 to 10 hours for outdoor or when you go for swimming you should repeat to apply sunscreen in every 2 to 3 hours.
* The peak time of sun rays is 12 AM to 4 PM, so avoid to go out side if necessary, apply sunscreen regularly then normal.
* Prefer a sunscreen that protects your skin from UBV and UVA rays. Use only the products with “broad spectrum protection” or the products which have SPF of 15 or more.
.* when you are in contact of water or snow and ice you should apply extra sunscreen lotions which have strong SPF then 15.
* Sun rays affect our skin and these also affect our eyes, so when you go for outdoor work, cover your face and eyes with cotton cloths and with sunglasses.
* When you get some medicines such as hormonal or birth controller pills or for acne, these pills raise your skins sensitivity to the UVR, so in such case you will be more caring with your skin.

Some Herbal Tips To Remove Facial Hair

Women always love that they look beautiful and gorgeous. We have some herbal tips to remove facial hairs gradually. Try these masks on the back of your hand. If they are not harmful for your skin then you can use it on your face.

  1. In 150 ml of water mix 30 grams of sugar and 10 ml of fresh lemon juice mix it and apply it on clock wise on facial hairs, stay it for 15 minutes then wash it with slight rubbing with water. This mask gradually removes facial hairs. You can use this mask once in a week.
  2. Take 40 ml of honey and mix 10 ml of fresh lemon juice in it, now with the help of a cotton boll massage this mixture on the way of hair growth. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water after 15 minutes. This pack reduces the hair growth, use the pack twice in a week and after two week use once in a week.
  3. Another very homely face pack is that, in 30 grams of besan add ten to twelve ml of lemon juice and mix water until it becomes like a paste then apply in on the face. Leave it for about 20minutes then rub slightly with your fingers in the direction of the hair, it will remove facial hairs.

If you have dry skin after washing your hands get salt and rub them under water. Then wash the hands and apply moisturizing lotion on them.
If you have oily hands you can use cornmeal on them.
When you work in your garden or work for a long time with water you should rubber gloves it protect your hands.
Look after and put a stop to your hands from aging and mistreatment.
Cover your hands while you are directly in contact of the sun.

Cotton is best fabric for wearing because it is soft and breathable. Avoid using synthetic clothes because these can be irritative and may cause any type of allergy.
Make sure to avoid stress, because this may be a big cause of eczema flares, you can avoid stress from morning or evening walk and by yoga.
