You can Glow your skin with your diet
Bad skin is not a good feeling. Our skin reflects about our life style and about our diet. Packed foods are not beneficial for our skin.

If you want that your skin glows keep some work out every day. Do morning walks or evening walk at least 30 minutes in a day. You should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water. Add some fruits and some salad in your daily routine diet. For calcium you can add some milk products as pander, curd or some other things in your daily food.

Avoid junk food and be habitual about normal home made food that is rotis, rice and veggie dishes. Use non oily food only and if you love dry fruits don’t eat plenty of nuts and avoid eating sweets to much. These all tips help to glow your skin.
