Protect Your Skin From Sun Rays

Our skin is very sensitive for sun rays. Sun rays are not always harmful for us; they produce vitamin D in our body. Here are some tips when you go for outdoor work, these can help to you by sun exposure.
* Use sunscreen lotions of 15 SPF factor. If you want to spend 8 to 10 hours for outdoor or when you go for swimming you should repeat to apply sunscreen in every 2 to 3 hours.
* The peak time of sun rays is 12 AM to 4 PM, so avoid to go out side if necessary, apply sunscreen regularly then normal.
* Prefer a sunscreen that protects your skin from UBV and UVA rays. Use only the products with “broad spectrum protection” or the products which have SPF of 15 or more.
.* when you are in contact of water or snow and ice you should apply extra sunscreen lotions which have strong SPF then 15.
* Sun rays affect our skin and these also affect our eyes, so when you go for outdoor work, cover your face and eyes with cotton cloths and with sunglasses.
* When you get some medicines such as hormonal or birth controller pills or for acne, these pills raise your skins sensitivity to the UVR, so in such case you will be more caring with your skin.
