According some researchers flip-flop may be comfortable, but they also effect on your walk it may be irregular because of flip-flops.

As Justin F. Shroyer and colleagues who observe on 39 men and women the age of 19 to 25. They have put the legs more forcefully then who wears sneakers.

Due to this decreased force the people who like to wear flip-flops for wide periods change their normal walk and has a lower leg pain, this theory says Shroyer to WebMD.

According to Shroyer says the flip-flop will used only for the short period when you go on beach because these have a lack of support for the walking or for running. Do not use flip-flops as your primary footwear’s. Do not use flip-flops more than three or four months. So use the shoes which are comfortable for you.

Bad effects of High Heels

A researcher Balasubramanian and his colleagues research on 11 college-aged women’s ankle motions when they descended from the stairs. The normal theory of go down to the stairs is that we put our heel downward first and then level the foot. Then we use our toe to proportion and go forward.

But when a woman wearing 2 ½ -inch of heels, then she should have an uneven walk, she says. “At that time she had a soft step then normal so the foot will be flat. So they will put more force on their toe in order to the movement of the body for go forward for the next step,”

According to Balasubramanian, when an uneven walk will held the lower leg should get more strain, that may cause of a foot injury.

The study also says that with barefoot the women walked with extra confidently, and they put more force on their heel.

Lastly we say you should have a limit in using the high heels, particularly when you suffers from back problems or foot injuries.

3~You should do your workout in the dirt area; it will be cool then the concrete road or area. The concrete is very hot in summer .

4~You should wear a hat; it will keeps your head’s hotness low in the time of your workout.

5~Have some fruits at the end of your work out or exercising. You can eat watermelon, honeydew, grapes, and cantaloupe. These all fruits have a lot of juice which may restore the water which you have sweating out.
