CLEAN YOU FACE
Some natural tips for pimples:-
If you want to cure pimples by natural care you should use a mixture of neem leaves and turmeric powder on your face.
Another formula to cure pimples with herbal, make a paste of oats powder and some crushed mint leaves and apply it on your face it will very helpful in reducing pimples. This mixture will apply for about 20 minutes and then rinse it with lukewarm water.
You can use a paste of turmeric powder, thick curd and two drops of oil. Apply this paste on your face.
Squeeze some garlic’s and gets the juice of it and applies the juice on the face daily, this is very affective in reducing the pimples.
Some time you can make a paste of sandal wood and turmeric powder and use it on the face. It feels you very cool.

1. If you have small lump on you skins remove them by applying Cauliflower juice on them regularly.
2. When you like to become fair naturally use this natural bleaching mixture. Dry the Orange peels in sun rays and make a powder of them, make a paste of this powder with milk and apply for 25 minutes on your face then wash it off, you should feel the difference.
3. Make a paste of dried curry leave and multani mitti and use as a pack after it becomes dry wash it off, if will glow your skin.
4. You can use a mixture of honey with tomato juice on you neck and the face for 15 minutes wash it.
5. From you kitchen use gram flour with carrot juice, make a paste and apply it on your face wash it off after drying.
6. use a face pack made up of 4 tea spoon of curd and 2 tea spoon f tomato juice put it on your face.

For Damaged Skin:-

You can eat: These foods can cure weather-beaten skin such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, which are full of vitamin C and antioxidants. In beans, nuts, meats, and seeds are rich of protein. By stay with lots of water you can avoid dryness of your skin. Loss of calcium also a cause of excess sweating you can replace it by eating yogurt, skim milk, and cottage cheese.
For Yeast Infections:-
Reason: if you spend a lot of time around a wet bathing suit.
You can eat: To make situation less friendly for yeast, avoid sweet foods. When you sure about your infection, you should eat plenty of yogurt.
For Parched Hair:-

Reason: when you have a lots of time in contact with sun, chlorine and saltwater.
You can eat: Eat some grilled kabobs and burgers. Make some protein-rich meal in form of salad because hair is consists of a protein fibers which is known as keratin. Yogurt have vitamin B-5, liver and coked eggs have vitamin B-8, beans and cereals have folic acid, yogurt and milk have calcium, fish and meat have zinc, when you eat these food the vitamins may helps in reducing hair loss and put back dull hair among shiny hair. 1. If you have an oily skin apply buttermilk on your skin for 20 minutes it removes extra oil from your face without drying your skin.
2. When you use carrot juice daily it reduces facial marks.
3. To over come from dark neck and underarms apply cucumber juice and lemon juice with a little turmeric powder daily. Remain it on affected area up to 15 minutes.
4. If you want to remove your facial hairs naturally, then use a sultry paste of egg white mixed with corn flour and sugar. Apply this on face properly, when it becomes dry, smoothly peel it off. You can use this process 3 to 4 times in a week.
5. When you suffering from oily skin problem use thin apple slices which are rubbed on to your oily skin, this is an oil controlling formula.
6. If your skin is flexible you can go with ripe banana paste, apply it for 15 minutes on your face daily.

To refresh your face apply to rub the lemon wedge on your face. Remain it for 15 minutes, after this wash with cold water. You feel very refreshing. Don’t use it if you have dry skin.
If you have dry skin use a mixture of lemon, honey vegetable oil .This paste is a nice moisturizer for your dry skin. Use this only for 10 minutes.
To glow your skins use a mix of milk and honey on your face.
Another nice mask to glow your skin is that to mix egg yolk and milk with a slice of pumpkin. Apply this mask for 30 minutes on your face.
In your daily routine bath you can mix half-a-cup of honey, it helps your skin to be soft and smooth.
You can prepare a soothing body pack with the almonds and paste of mint leaves. With mixing this in warm water you must apply it all over your body. Remain it until it dry then wash with warm water.

HERBAL TIPS FOR GLOWING SKIN
1. The facemask made up of honey and egg white helps in removing the tan smoothly from your face.
2. A mixture of honey, oats, ground almonds and yogurt improve the glow of your skin. You can use it on your face for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes wash it with light warm water.
3. We know that Cucumber is accepted as a natural cleanser. So you can use milk and cucumber juice mixture in place of a cleanser.
4. Make a past of 3 tsp of cream, 1/3-cup cocoa, 1/3-cup ripe papaya, 3 tsp of oat powder, 1/4-cup honey. Apply this for 10 minutes on your face, and then wash it with warm water. This is very effective for the person has oily skin.

Some Herbal Tips For Black Spots
1. You can make a assemble oil and mehndi together and put on your face.
2. Put together 1/2 tea spoon of glycerin and lemon juice, mix well and apply it on your black spots.
3. Make a mixture of curry leaves and turmeric and apply it on the face. Wash it after 20 minutes.
4. Make a paste of turmeric and mehndi. Use 4 leaves of mehndi with a piece of turmeric.

5. Crush 100 gm of mint, 100 gm dried basil leaf, 100 gm neem leaves. Use a little turmeric powder. To make a paste of it use rose water and place this paste on the spots.
6. You can apply a paste of grinded betel leaf mix with some coconut oil.
7. Dip in milk a roti ( chappathi)for overnight . Apply the paste of it on black heads. You can go over with this for many days.
8. The paste with a little honey and some saffron is very helpful in removing black spots.
9. You can use a paste of basil leaves and turmeric leaves for reducing black spots.

* You should spend some time for your hobbies and behavior. That will be such as dancing, in performing a sport, dinner with friends etc. Put time in one side to do the behavior you like most. You would experience good by it and then other will also feel the same.
* Stay healthy. Routine work out improves the effectiveness of the heart; it helps to maintaining better circulation of blood and lowering your B.P.( blood pressure). When we exercise our body releases hormones, these are naturally anti-depressants agents.
* You should avoid drugs, tobacco, and alcohol. These all things (Alcohol and drugs) give a short-term relaxation from stress but soon they start to reduce the body’s ability in tolerance of stress and it affect your body in long term.

Acne is a problem due to hormonal changes or due to skin pores become clogged by the oil is known as sebum. When the oil producing glands produces more sebum on chin, forehead the acne produces.
Some tips to help stop Acne:-
* Wash your face with antiseptic soap and with warm water at least two times a day. Don’t scrub your face only massage gently and after cleaning the face apply benzoyl peroxide. This helps to prevent from acne.
* Don’t prick acne, because it may cause more infection and cause a scar.
* keep away from your fingers to touch your face. Because when you touch your face bacteria may spread to avoid it wash your hands before you apply any cream or makeup on your face?
* If you carry spectacles or sunglasses, clean them regularly, because if oil clogged on the eyes and nose pores acne may appear there to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
* If you have pimples in your body avoid fit clothes, because fit clothes will irritate your skin while your skin was not unable to breath. You also be away from craps, scarves or the thing which may collects oil dust or oil.
* Take away your make up previous to your sleep. Use only the products which are non-allergic and nonacnegenic. Do not use old makeup.
* Always keep your hair clean and away from your face it protect you from extra dust and oil which is the main reason of acne.
* Avoid your skin from direct sun light. Due to sun light extra sebum produced by the glands which increase the acne in your body. Direct sun light damaged the skin that will cause of wrinkles and risk of skin cancer.
