Know The Reasons of Dry Lips:-
1. Due to dehydration your lips becomes dry lips. When you drink a lot of alcohol or coffee this may be a reason of dehydration.
2. when your lips suffers from extra high cold or heat they will be chapped because the lips has a very thin layer which are enable to tolerate extremes in temperatures. So they become cracked.
3. some times you work hard and feel stress it can stop work of your body. Then your body has a  low resistance power and it may be prone to slight infections and at that time your lips affect firstly. This may cause dry lips that will be very painful some times.
4. some cosmetics are allergic or may be irritating to your lips, and some food may be allergic to your     lips and they can crack your soft lips. When you are in contact of eczema you may suffer with this problem. That time you should consult your doctor.
5. Some treatments may dehydrate your body and you have a problem of dry lips.
6. Some times you can suffer from dry lips due to the any medical diseases as a side effect. At that time it is necessary to contact to your doctor.

In Summer the living is trouble-free, but the sun rays also has created a problem for your skin. Add these in your daily diet and enjoy the summer.
For Damaged Skin:-
Reason: if you have more sweating skin then your skin less flexible instead of that chlorine and saltwater dry your skin.
You can eat: These foods can cure weather-beaten skin such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, which are full of vitamin C and antioxidants.  In beans, nuts, meats, and seeds are rich of protein. By stay with lots of water you can avoid dryness of your skin. Loss of calcium also a cause of excess sweating you can replace it by eating yogurt, skim milk, and cottage cheese.
For Yeast Infections:-   
Reason: if you spend a lot of time around a wet bathing suit.
You can eat: To make situation less friendly for yeast, avoid sweet foods. When you sure about your infection, you should eat plenty of yogurt.
For Parched Hair:-

You can eat:  Eat some grilled kabobs and burgers. Make some protein-rich meal in form of salad because hair is consists of a protein fibers which is known as keratin.  Yogurt have vitamin B-5, liver and coked eggs have  vitamin B-8, beans and cereals have folic acid, yogurt and milk have calcium, fish and meat have zinc, when you eat these food the vitamins may helps in reducing hair loss and put back dull hair among shiny hair. Inspect your skin once a day and pay special attention to bony areas. Cleanse your skin with warm water and a pH cleansing agent after regular intervals and after that apply a barrier cream and moisturizer.

When you apply anything on your face then be gentle don�t rub it. Do not massage over bony and hyperemic areas as it may damage blood vessels and can destroy underlying skin.

Try to minimize the exposure to moisture due to wound drainage, exertion or perspiration. But when moisture source is beyond control it is advisable to use ointments and barrier cream to protect skin.

Environmental factors like cold or humidity can become a great reason for dry skin.

Proper use of transferring , turning and positioning techniques is necessary to avoid skin injury due to shear forces and friction. Therefore use lubricants, protective films, protective padding and dressing.

Whatever the season is always protect your skin from sun . Apply sunscreen higher the SPF better the sunscreen , wear hats, sun glasses etc.
