Know about varicose veins

This is known as the venous insufficiency.

5. Hands Off – do not press or pick to your pimples, because by picking they may cause the infection and may be a scar on your skin.

The Reason of Smelly Feet
In my previous article I told the reason of body odor (problem of body odor). Now as you know that the body odor is generally related with the armpits. Now you should know that the bacteria can also produced in the odor of the groin, also in anus area, may be in upper thighs, and in teens between the feet, it may cause among other places were you have more sweating.
When you want to avoid this body odor carefully wash your skin area with a soaked wash cloth and soap — particularly those areas which are sensitive for sweating. By these precautions may help to avoid the bad smelly feet and other body parts.
Some times the smelly feet are the main cause of smelly shoes. To avoid smell from your shoes use strong deodorizer. If you feel comfortable use thick, socks which can absorb sweat.
